Hello! I'm new to blogging, and I wanted to start a blog in regards to my new workout journey. I started Kayla Itsines BBG workouts on August 21st, 2018. I completed her BBG Beginner program, and just started the BBG 1.0. It's a 12 week program, and even once that's complete I'll be continuing her workout program. So here's to the fitness journey!
